Solid glass and as much as possible

Solid, and as much as possible

Getting a good result and a lot of it takes room. A reasonably large set for home use means a 10-litre boiling flask with a ground joint for the column, and the whole thing stands 90 to 100 cm tall.

That already calls for space, and not everyone with an extractor hood over the cooker can fit such a thing underneath it.

Are there bigger glass flasks? Possibly. I have never come across a solid distilling flask offered above 10–15 litres.
