Privacy policy

This page explains what data wodkazespirytusu.pl collects, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

1. Data controller

The controller is the person operating wodkazespirytusu.pl. For anything concerning your data, write to info@wodkazespirytusu.pl.

No data protection officer has been appointed; none is required at this scale and nature of processing.

2. What this site does not do

  • No user accounts — no registration, no sign-in.
  • No data-collecting forms, apart from the search box.
  • No newsletter and no marketing messages.
  • No social media plugins.
  • No personal data stored in our own systems — the site has no database.
  • No selling or sharing of data by us to third parties.

3. Data collected automatically

3.1. Server logs

The server records standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response code, browser type and referring page.

  • Purpose: security, correct operation, fault diagnosis, abuse prevention.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller.
  • Retention: normally up to 30 days, longer only if needed to investigate an incident.

3.2. Google Analytics 4

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-T3CQWDHNET) for anonymous visit statistics.

  • Collected: pages viewed, time and length of visit, traffic source, approximate location (city level), device and browser type.
  • IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; they are used only to derive approximate location and are then discarded.
  • Purpose: statistics and development of the site.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, expressed through your browser's cookie settings.
  • Retention: per the service settings, at most 14 months for user-level data.
  • Recipient: Google Ireland Limited.

You can block this collection with the browser add-on provided by Google.

3.3. Google AdSense

The site shows Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to select and measure ads.

  • Purpose: funding the site through advertising.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent; and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for non-personalised advertising.
  • Recipients: Google Ireland Limited and its advertising partners.

Details are in Google's policy for partner sites. You can turn off ad personalisation in Google ad settings.

3.4. Site search

What you type goes into the results page address and may appear in server logs and in Analytics. Do not enter personal data into the search box. Result pages are marked as not to be indexed.

3.5. Language and unit preferences

Your chosen language is stored in a cookie, and your chosen measurement units in the browser's local storage. Both stay on your device, are not sent anywhere beyond the request that serves the page, and hold nothing that identifies you.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • have it corrected,
  • have it erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

A practical note: the controller holds no data that identifies you, so for the data collected by Google these rights are exercised directly against Google.

6. Automated decision-making

The site does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects.

7. Children

The site concerns alcohol and is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Cookies

A detailed list and how to manage cookies is in the cookie policy.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as the tools used on the site change. The version published on this page applies.
