Calculator — the calculation tool provided on the Site, which runs
entirely in the User's browser.
2. Scope of the service
The Site provides information and calculation tools free of charge, in particular
a calculator for diluting alcohol.
No registration is required. The Site has no user accounts, no sign-in and no way
for visitors to publish content.
The forum section is an archive of older posts and is read-only.
A device with an internet connection and a browser with JavaScript enabled is
required. Without JavaScript the Calculator does not work.
3. Acceptable use
The User agrees to use the Site lawfully and in good faith.
Actions that disrupt the Site are prohibited, in particular automated harvesting
that places an unreasonable load on the server.
The Operator may take the Site offline temporarily for maintenance.
4. Nature of the content and liability
All content is for information and education only. It is not legal,
medical or technical advice.
Calculator results are theoretical figures based on a simple volumetric mixing model.
The Site also shows an estimate of the volume after contraction, but that estimate is
an engineering approximation, not a legal measurement. It does not account for
temperature or impurities. Treat all figures as approximate and verify by measurement.
For duty and customs purposes, official alcoholometric tables (OIML R 22) and
measurement by weight apply. In the United States, TTB gauging tables apply instead,
with a different reference temperature.
The Operator is not liable for the consequences of relying on the content or on
calculation results, to the extent permitted by law.
Alcohol harms your health. Content is intended for adults. Selling or
serving alcohol to minors is prohibited.
Producing ethyl alcohol at home is legally restricted in Poland and in many other
countries. Content describing distillation is historical and educational and is not
an encouragement to break the law. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of
their own actions in their own jurisdiction.
Alcohol-based liquids are flammable and are not for drinking. Instructions for making
sanitiser do not replace certified products or the guidance of health authorities.
5. Advertising and external links
The Site displays advertising supplied by Google AdSense.
The Site links to external websites. The Operator is not responsible for their content
or for their privacy practices.
6. Copyright
The content of the Site — text, photographs, the Calculator code and the layout —
is protected by copyright.
Personal use and quotation with attribution and a link back to the Site are permitted.
Reproducing the content in whole or in substantial part for publication elsewhere
requires the Operator's consent.
7. Personal data
The Site has no registration and stores no personal data in its own systems. Processing by
third-party tools is described in the privacy policy, and cookies
in the cookie policy.
8. Complaints
Report problems with the Site, including errors in the content or in the Calculator, to
info@wodkazespirytusu.pl. Reports are
handled as time allows, with no guaranteed response time — the Site is run free of charge
and without a support organisation behind it.
9. Changes to these terms
The Operator may amend these terms. Changes take effect when published on the Site.
Continued use of the Site means you accept them.
10. Governing law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code
and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
