Ingredients

  • Spirit 95% — 1 L
  • Porter beer 6% — 2 L (four bottles)
  • Sugar — 2 cups of 250 ml
  • Vanilla sugar — 3 sachets

Method

  1. In a metal pot, mix the beer, the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
  2. Put it on the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Do not let it get too hot.
  3. Once the sugar has dissolved, take the pot off the heat and let it cool completely.
  4. Add the spirit to the cooled mixture.
  5. Pour into bottles.
